OVERVIEW
Housing for J1 International working students
We have been providing housing to working students from all over the world for over 20 years!
We have several houses designated for j1 workers for the Spring and Summer!
Centrally located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach – all houses within ½ block of the Ocean!
A large portion of our housing is located within 1 or 2 blocks of Main Street – a high traffic area with many restaurants, beach wear stores and other employment opportunities where 2nd jobs are plentiful!
Majority of rooms are 3 persons per room, with a few 4 person rooms and we do have a limited number of 2 person rooms.
All housing has a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and eating utensils provided.

For working students on summer lease
We sometimes have availability in some of our other houses if needed.
PRICING
- Spring Rates (February 01 – May 10): $120 per week
- Summer Rates (May 10 – September 20): $130 per week
90 day minimum lease
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Deposit is $260
- $210– refundable when you check-out
- $50 – retained for departure cleaning
RESERVATIONS
- Email or Text to confirm availability
- Provide expected arrival & departure dates & place of employment
- Deposit to reserve a spot is $100 and can be paid by paypal (ask about other payment options). This $100 will be deducted from your deposit when you check in.
