This “walk to the beach” North Myrtle Beach quality home features color televisions with VCRs, free cable TV, air conditioning and heating for year round comfort, ceiling fans, microwaves and modern appliances. Each fully equipped kitchen includes pots and pans, utensils, plates, flatware, and more. All utilities -- water, electric -- are included in the weekly rental rates.

All of the flooring is quality carpet or ceramic tile for easy cleanup! Most units have recently been updated with new kitchens and baths, new flooring and carpet and fresh paint and lighting.

Bedrooms offer multiple sleeping options to accommodate larger or small groups. The beds have quality mattresses and covers. There is access to an onsite laundry.

If rent is not received within three days of due date, immediate eviction proceedings will begin.
